Rates-High Season (Nov-April) $3500 USD/month or $1000 USD/week Low Season (May-October) $2000 USD/month $600 USD/week Deposit 10% of total booking. Weekly cleaning services provided, plus pool maintenance 3 x week. Property Manager, Gustavo, speaks excellent English.
